Most vegetables grown without or with reduced use of pesticides are unsorted or substandard, so we work in collaboration with the local JA Rokko Agricultural Cooperative to use mainly vegetables grown locally and with care in Kobe City.We support the efforts of farmers who do not practice conventional farming.
